1. Booking and Payment
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking.
Full payment is due upon check-in unless specified otherwise during the booking process.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings without liability if fraudulent or invalid details are provided.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival.
Late cancellations and no-show will incur full amount of booking.

3. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time is from 2PM; check-out is by 10 AM.
Late check-ins or check-outs are incur additional fees.

4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the property during their stay.
Damages or loss caused to property will be charged to the guest's credit card on file.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Breach of this rule will result in a cleaning fee.

5. Liability and Personal Property
Breeze Inn is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings.
Guests are advised to secure their valuables and use safekeeping facilities where available.

6. Behavior and Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and the property.
Management reserves the right to evict guests without refund for disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

7. Force Majeure
Breeze Inn is not liable for interruptions or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or utility outages.

8. Privacy
Personal information provided during booking is handled in accordance with privacy laws and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Amendments
Breeze Inn reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version will apply to all bookings.
